[All Platforms] Set Alarm to start Spotify

Just thought it would be nice to wake up to a good song.  Start the day off on a good beat.   Looked through my PC, and to my suprise there was no alarm clock!  What's the deal?  Would it not be nice to be able to set a time for the music to start?  Link a playlist, best of (maybe you're waiting for a song to come out?),   Incorporate a timer into the alarm clock too.  Would be cool.

Temp Alarm Solution for smart phone users who want to use phone or bluetooth device to wake up to:
1. Download spotify on smart phone.
2. Download wakify on your smart phone.

3. Open wakify

4. Open Spotify

5. Connect Bluetooth device to play to (if desired)

6. Setup a test alarm for 5 mins away

7. Make sure it works:

A: Test

B: Check volume level
8. Setup actual alarm & hope for the best.
9. It is always a good idea to setup a backup alarm for 5 mins later in case something goes wrong (not on same device.)

Hey Spotify!

It'a 2016 and this thread has been here since 2012. No-one has managed to make an iPhone alarm that uses Spotify playlists as the alarm source.

Please please can you add this capability to the Spotify app soon??

Yes, exactly my thoughts. Imagine waking up to a great song. Or having a playlist to wake you up and continue playing while you wouldn't even need to touch your phone?
