[All Platforms] Customize Start Screen

This is not a new idea, but I haven't found any practical reply to it, so I think it needs to be repeated. I completely agree with Rennestein (screen capture below), we need to stop seeing irrelevant suggestions because it is annoying. Why can't it be possible to decide what we first see when we open Spotify on any device? (playlists, recently played, artists we're following, etc), and enjoy better our Spotify experience?
Please Spotify, let us have the home screen as we'd like. :)) Thank you!

For all of you upset about this, I recommend you do what I did.  Cancelled my Spotify subscription, switched to YouTube Music (which, as a bonus, removes ads from YouTube in general), and is way better.  Every now and then I come back here, and advertise against Spotify.  Maybe it'll convince 1 person to switch.  Or 10.  Or 1000.

Even if they make it a pro-only feature, at least they'd be doing something about it. This, along with lots of high-demand, awesome ideas, has been swept under the rug and this whole community is a facade to disguise the fact that they don't and never will listen to their users. The worst part is I'll still be using Spotify even if they never improve.

So this is how bad the suggestions on Home Page is. 

I subscribe (pay) for a podcast feed. But Spotify has the free version I had listened to before pinned to my home page!!

So it actually makes it harder for me to find what I want to listen to. 

do I have the option to remove the wrong podcast from MY HOME page, no. 

THEN DON’T CALL IT HOME.  Home is what I define. Discover page is what Spotify is shoving into our faces as Home page. 

Shame on you Spotify!

I do not like Rogan or Peterson.  In fact I think they are a problem and shouldn't be allowed. I am absolutely sick and tired of Spotify trying to force this **bleep** on me.  Rather than hate science(rogan) and women(peterson), and use your massive platform to force us all to hate them too, why not allow us to choose what propaganda we want?  We are the ones paying for the service, after all.

I don't pay anything for Spotify anymore! Since they don't understand, I switched to another streaming service with my family. That's the only way they understand!

8650 votes and Spotify sets the status to "Not Right Now". This shows us what they think of paying customers...NOTHING!
