[All Platforms] Organize Liked Songs by genre

I like the new update where you can save music into the "Liked Songs" group where it sorts music by song, album, and artist. There should also be another filter: Genre. I listen to all different genres but there are times when I want to listen to only one type of music.

I ask for the implementation of a filter by musical genre within the 'Songs I Like' library and personal playlists. This would allow the songs to be ordered and displayed only by the selected genre (e.g. rap, reggaeton, electronica).

It is essential to manage large libraries and quickly select the right music for the moment (study, gym, relaxation), improving the user experience and the functionality of the app.

Using the Mobile or Desktop App you can now filter by genre

Using the Mobile App you can go one step further, and select 'Make into a playlist'

Not in the UK you can’t. And what I really need is to be able to filter my ‘Albums’ by genre anyway. It’s ridiculous this still isn’t feature. I can search albums by genre when shopping online but not on Spotify….hardly an innovative organisation. Apple Music offers the service so I will wait to year end to see if anything has happened on Spotify before making the switch.

Hello, I think that providing this information in a serious manner would give more credibility to the entire platform.

Personally, I don't have this option on my Spotify account in Venezuela, and I never have. For me, it doesn't exist until I see it on my app and desktop.

It's logical to think that using your "liked songs" playlists by genre is more of a necessity than a convenience, since as it is now, everything is mixed together and it's impossible to use this "liked songs" playlist for listening. I really don't understand what the problem is with implementing it. Could it be due to errors in the genre catalog on Spotify's part?

And we know that creating alternative playlists with songs by genre is tedious and nobody does it; customers look for ease when it comes to playing the music we like.
