[All Platforms][Playlists] Prevent the enhance function from adding duplicates

The enhance function will add songs already in your playlist. These are not different versions like (acoustic or radio edit). These are also not the same song from 2 different albums. The enhance function will suggest exact copies of a song.

This is problematic since 1. users don't want duplicates in their playlists, 2. the feature is intended to find new music.
