[All Platforms][Playlists] Upload GIFs as Playlist Covers

I think it would be really great if Spotify could allow GIFs to be uploaded as Spotify Playlist Covers - it would add a nice touch of personality to each playlist and make it pop even more! I really like the animated covers of some Spotify Playlists and it would be really cool if we could do something similar with our playlists

This idea has been submitted a few times before but I genuinely love the idea and think it deserves another shot at voting and I hope it gets enough votes this time! 🙂

it should be an option to make short videos/ animation graphics as playlist covers just like artists do with their music!!!! this would be so cool and i feel like it’d be so easy to do, and it just makes the platform so much more visually appealing🙏🏽

I know a lot of people who would love this option (including me) and I know you would love it to.

The idea is basically, instead of the option of choosing only jpeg. files, we could have an option to choose gif. files too. This would make our playlist look more attractive and lively. These animated pictures would definitely catch others eyes and you could also admire these moving pictures while vibing to your favorite songs. 😝

i think the votes thing is kinda dumb cause there is a lot of people who want this feature that don’t know about this forum, and it would be an optional feature so anyone who doesn’t like it doesn’t have to use it.

I think that this would be amazing!! It's just that not enough people know about it/know about the forum website. Just a lack of knowledge. 😕
