[All Platforms][Podcasts] Add Podcasts from RSS URL, for Patreon and other Private Private Streams

There have been a few similar posts, and the most recent one was ~5 votes from passing, so I'm going to try submitting this again.

Wouldn't it be amazing if you could add a podcast to your feed from an RSS URL? Did you sign up for a patreon and not know how to listen to your special new feed?

This request is to add the ability to add a podcast from an RSS feed. This opens a lot of doors, and theoretically isn't that difficult to implement.

I have been a paying customer for full family edition of Spotify for many years. but never really used it for podcasts. The reason was that Google podcasts integrated well with my ecosystem and basically had what i needed. 

Now Google podcasts is going away, and I was less than impressed that the export of my podcast list did not transfer into Spotify. The reason?  Podcasts like this are not supported:  https://sindrel.github.io/nrk-pod-feeds/rss/politisk_kvarter.xml

Please, can you have a look at this feature again?

By the end of this month, I will decide to either start using Google Music in a paid version OR continue my long subscription with Spotify. I doubt I will keep both for more than a limited time.

This feature request was filed by end of 2019.

It has been over 4 years. Hey Spotify, ever think about internships? College kids can deploy this feature in 2-3 days.

I honestly won't use Spotify as a podcast listening service until this is added. Way too annoying to go between different apps to listen to podcasts.
