[All Platforms] Remember Position in Playlist / Album

Please remember the current song playing in a playlist so if I switch away to a different playlist and then switch back, Spotify will know where I left off.

I often can't finish a playlist right away or my mood changes so I might switch to a different playlist. Later, I want to finish the previous playlist, not start over again.

It’s funny how when you already have the customers, you don’t care about their suggestions.  On the other hand, once they begin losing customers, all of a sudden features like this will magically appear.

It bothers me when I have a playlist of 80+ hours and if I listen to another playlist then come back to the 80+, I have to repeatatively listen to songs again.

It shouldn't be hard to have last song/mode stored and asked "Continue from last played" coming back to the playlist

It would be better to have at least 5 playlists stored with this feature

Subscription fee's going +++ but I don't get much feature improvement

I'd like a way to mark where I was up to in a playlist! (When not shuffling)

Some of my playlists are quite long, and I have a lot of them. I'd like to be able to pick up where I left off in a particular list, regardless of what I've played and on which device since. Maybe just the ability to highlight the last track that was played on each list?

Love this idea! I often am doing two or three longer-term things i in Spotify (like listening to a podcast series or exploring a recently released album) that get disrupted when I go on a run or turn on some music for friends, and it would be very cool to be able jump back in and pick up where I left off without having to remember how far I got.

I always have to go to my last.fm to check my last played songs, and then search in spotify, and then manually resume. ANNOYING

Totally agree with this suggestion. I used to use the "like" button purely for this function-- to serve as a bookmark. But spotify has mutilated the like button-- why??-- without giving us a suitable replacement.

Ich höre öfter mal Hörbücher und unterbreche diese dann, um in diesem Moment dann Musik zu hören, doch wenn ich dann wieder auf das Hörbuch gehe habe nicht die geringste Ahning wo ich zuletzt war. Deswegen möchte ich bei jeder gewünschten Playlist sehen können wo ich zuletzt aufgehört habe
