Allow the "add to playlist" button to show playlists nested within the same folder

On iOS, if you have multiple playlists in one folder and you want to move or add a song from one playlist to the other you can’t becuase when you click the “add to playlist” button it WILL NOT display any playlists within the same folder. You have to uncheck/remove the song from all playlists in that folder, then hit the add to library button again, and then once again to add to playlist (which makes playlists in the same folder visible temporarily). This is a huge pain and makes no sense.
