[Android] Option to queue item for download when not on WiFi

When I'm away from home and a new podcast episode or album comes to my attention. I sometimes click the download button in the phone app. This just reminds me of my policy to not download when not connected to WiFi (and tells me how to change this.) possibly in addition to this, there should be an option to queue the item so that it will be downloaded later. I guess some kind of queue exists - eg. My discover weekly seems to wait until I have WiFi to download. Why not let us use that queue too! I use android but I guess this is likely to be the same with the apple app?
