Artist folders

When I listen to Spotify I have over the years followed artists I like but on the side of my Spotify where my playlists are its bombarded with followed artists. I think what would be really nice is to be able to put artists you follow in a folder like how you can put playlists in a folder. Thank You!!

I support the idea. I just wanted to add why it is a good idea:

- Remove "clutter" from the library (makes it easier to find things)

- Consolidate "similar" artists under a folder (after a while it is hard to remember the genre of each single artist but it easier to pick from a "deep trance" or "yatch rock")

- And advantage for Spotify: with some filtering, you could crowd-source the names of the folders to tag individual artist or, find what people put together and feed it to your recommendation algorithm... human-learning better than machine learning! 😉
