Assign a playlist for a daily or weekly shuffle

For those users who have extremely large paylists, the shuffle function is less than impressive.  Is there a way to assign a personal playlist to shuffle on a nightly or weekly basis, kind of like the Daily Mix playlists?  The playlist would get a thorough shuffle and not be limited to the quick play options that it currently uses.
