Audiobooks in other languages

I live in France but I am not french.

I would like to find English Audiobooks (and Spanish) 

You should develop a better search including the language choice for the audiobook.

would love to have that option too. why can i listen to english music, but not to english audio books/podcasts etc.?

i live in germany and happen to speak german AND english and i want the option for english content. also i cant switch region to some english speaking country. stupid.

I’m Portuguese and I usually read either in Portuguese or English, but since I’m living in Germany every result I get is only available in German.

Same issue here in Germany. I am a native English speaker and prefer my audio books in English. What is this ridiculous oversight? Some licensing nonsense? Give us the option to have the English audio books, a very simple request!

Come on Spotify. How does this essential, simple functionality for paying customers take this long  to fix. What is the status, how many votes do you need.
Get to it, your audiobooks are now mostly useless if you prefer English outside of english speaking countries, which is a big part of the world.

Yeah, I have the same problem. I'm from Belgium, and I mainly see French and Dutch audiobooks recommended on my Spotify. Okay, I speak both languages, but I mostly read/listen in English. I have to actively search for the English ones in the “playlists” (they’re not really playlists, but I don’t know what else to call them) that Spotify made and even then, the options are pretty limited. What’s also weird is that if you search for specific books (in English), sometimes they are on Spotify, but you’d never know unless you looked for the exact title. Anyway, it’d be great if Spotify let users set a preferred audiobook language, that way you wouldn’t keep getting your hopes up, only to find out the recommendation’s in French/Dutch.

As long as we cannot use Spotify to listen to audiobook in the language we need, Audible will have a market 😄
