Bring back the heart button!

It's SUPER frustrating, we can't see which songs we liked in our own playlists, Bring back the heart button PLEASE, the new way doesn't work AT ALL

The like reappeared for me a few days ago, but is now gone once again.

I find it useful to see if I already liked any song in a playlist! Especially to quickly see if it's in my taste or to find new music by avoiding those. The way it was with likes, where you had the small green icon on the side, was perfect. Please bring it back.

As the title says - when I go to my discover weekly now, I can’t see which songs I’ve added to my liked songs, or any playlist without going into the overflow menu for each song which is incredibly tedious on mobile.

I’m sure there is some big brain reason behind the change, so even if we can’t get the heart can we at least get something that shows we’ve added it to any playlist/got it added to our libraries? This is frankly infuriating that the single best place to discover new music now gives no indication that you have ever interacted with it.

This doesn't seem like something we'd need to clamor for.

It's BASIC !@#$%ˆ& FUNCTIONALITY.

I don't care if it's a heart or a + or a green box or a circle or a damn skull emoji. I just want to see what I already liked in an album or playlist.

I am not a flouncer, but this has made me very grumpy, and Spotify's utter failure to address it or even seem to take it seriously, is infuriating. and I am strongly considering changing our family over to Apple Music. Apple Music has made me grumpy before too, but the new Spotify UI change, on top of their poor support for classical (viewing long album names/titles & zooming in on album covers to identify recordings is impossible) is really pushing me closer to a decision to pull the plug.

I used to be able to open up an album or playlist and see a heart next to songs I’ve already liked. I enjoyed this feature but now it’s gone. I used this feature both to remind myself which songs on an album were my favorites and also as a bookmark-type function to remind myself where I left off the last time I was listening to an album. It’s very frustrating that this feature has disappeared. I would love for it to be added back!

Removing the ability to see hearts adds a SUPER annoying step to making sure you’ve saved the songs you want to. This is going to make me WAY less likely to do so, which will probably affect artists. I feel strongly that the hearts need to come back.
