Bring back the heart button.

The worst update of spotify was removing the heart button. Now I can't even tell which songs I've liked or not! I say that we should be given the CHOICE to use either the plus feature or the heart button. I find the heart button so much easier to use than the plus button.

The plus button is occasionally useful when I want to add a song to a playlist, but it is wildly annoying to "like" it. Using the heart button was so much easier than this process.

I have submitted a new idea "Can we have both the Green Heart and the Green Tick next to each other". A solution that would make everyone happy and enhance Spotify's functionality even more.

I have submitted a new idea asking if we "Can we have both the Green Heart and The Green Tick..." You'll find it in "New Ideas". We could have both. Then everyone gets the benefit of each.

I am not the first person to say this, I won't be the last and god knows spotify won't care. but on the off chance.why when I add a song to a playlist (this applies to other things too) does, what used to be the add to library button, instead ask if I want to add/remove it from the playlist?

1. I added x song to the playlist for a reason so there is usually not a reason to remove it.

2. I like to throw a playlist of 20-50 songs or so together in about an hourish, usually made up of half songs I know and listen to already, but the other half are songs I just find at that moment and would like in my general rotation outside of the playlist.

so it would be nice if there was a button to say, idk, add to liked songs.

this is a wild suggestion ik but if you took advice that'd be nice.

lyl spotify but god sort it out x

Yes, correct, we have an idea.

Yes, that's right, we have an idea. And it seems that there are many of us with the same idea. And is there any point in expressing our opinion here? Not at all.

Spotify. That music streaming program where you can't see at a glance, and everywhere, the songs you've marked as favorites. What an absolute disaster.

The like button was completely functional before. Why should i continue paying for a service that repeatedly makes its own platform WORSE.

Update:

In the meantime ive already finished the Spotify Abo !

And iam very happy about that.

Have switched to DEEZER !

Much much better Sound Quality ! , and

at least there is one Heart Button.

Good Bye Spotify (:

Please bring it back! For a while, I figured the "Plus" button had a similar feature, but it no longer makes sense. I have noticed in the past few weeks the "Plus" button means it's saved to a playlist. It's not the same thing! Also, wayyy back in 2015/2017, there was a curated playlist from the recently liked songs. Can we bring that back as well? K, thanks!

As already said, i ve already finished my Abo...

For me Spitify is no longer  a Pro Level Streaming

Service...reason is the amateurlike Features

(no Heart Button, no Comments possible) and the

very bad compressed and over equed Sound Quality.

This Service is only for amateurs and everybody with

a certain Musical Standard should leave this Platform.

The heart should not just be taken away, users should also be able to like the same song multiple times to increase its weight in their "I like you more" or "All time favorites" playlist.
