Bump a liked song multiple times to increase its weight in the algorithm

Problem Statement: I want to listen to some of my liked songs way more than other songs I also like. With huge playlists spanning years of listening, a song that I really really like, gets buried deep down and I don't have time to ever get to it, during my commute or travel or at work.

Proposal: The Like button selects a song I like from all the songs in the world. A Bump button would be analogous to a like button for my liked songs.

Detailed Design: The bump button would be available for all my Liked songs. I could hit it any number of times for a song. Every bump would increase the weight of that song. So that when I use Smart Shuffle in my playlist, those weights are taken into account towards deciding how frequently a highly bumped song is played, or how frequently one of the bumped songs take precedence over a non-bumped or a less-bumped song. 

Other concerns:

• The bump button is not necessary for Carplay/AndroidAuto.
• Also, no harm in having Bump button against an Un-liked song - it could basically add both a like and a bump if clicked.
