Create Playlist Subsets

I would love to see a feature where you break a playlist down into different subsets that may or may not overlap. Then you could listen to certain defined set of songs in your playlist without having to create a completely separate playlist. Here's an example: say I made a playlist for rock music that has music from ranging from the 60s to the modern day. I love listening to this big mash of rock I've made for myself, but I want to section out the part of the playlist that contains classic rock from the 70s and only listen to that for a bit. Or maybe I only want to listen to new rock released in the last 10-15 years. I want to be able to do this without making a new playlist. How? Playlist subsets.

You can do this reasonably easily with Spotilicious.  

I use Spotilicious to create subsets of a single playlist, or a group of playlists, based on genre and energy level.  Trying to break up a 7500 song playlist into smaller chunks so I can hear most of the songs, instead of the 50 or so song that Spotify’s non-random shuffle insists on playing from that playlist.
