MacOS has awesome feature: native share menu. You may share anything directly to your installed apps on your Mac. You may even share it to AirDrop, which offers a lot of other capabilities: you may share it directly to any Apple device you own or to your friends who enabled AirDrop who uses same WiFi network as you.
My most common use case is sharing to messengers such as Telegram. Spotify client supports sharing to Telegram, but it opens web browser first with Telegram website, then web page tries to open installed native app. So it's very slow scenario and very annoying, so I'm not using it because copying song link is much faster.
