[Desktop][Other] Proxy toggle

In the advanced settings of the desktop Spotify application I'd like the ability to toggle my proxy settings on and off while retaining my proxy information so that I don't have to remove my proxy information every time I don't need to use it and then add the information back when I need to use it again.
