[Desktop] Support OSX Accessibility API

Using moom (manyideas.com) to save osx spaces layouts (Mojave currently). Development space, testing and deployment space, email and entertainment space, ect. It uses the osx accessibility api which isn't currently supported by spotify. Spotifiy is part of my workflow, always music, and it would be nice if i could open it in the entertainment space every morning instead of having to drag, close, or do it full screen (creates new space exactly after space its opened in which is not optimal). Everytime i have to use the mouse i die a little.

Also it seems people with actual accessability needs would like it although all those ideas look like they have been closed. So here goes this.

I totally got this wrong, after talking with moom devs. It seems spotify does support the accessability api but for some reason doesn't respect osx spaces. ie i always want spotify to open in my Desktop 2 space but it always opens on Desktop 1 no matter how hard i try. Please disregard earlier stupidity i can't figure out how to delete my idea.
