Disability Concession for disabled people

I do notice that there is not enough kudos for this topic.    Are you sure?  
I strongly believe that if you have discounts for students - able bodied in most senses- then physical and intellectually disabled people should receive the same concessions.

Monitoring the bona fide of this would not be hard.  The user would need to submit the details of their concession card.

I am writing this on behalf of my intellectually disabled sister who loves her music.  She has limited finances, and any financial discount helps her to access other things.

I just cannot believe in this age, that there is not enough “kudos” for this.   I’m sure the artist who get a token amount of money from Spotify would agree to monetary concessions to disabled people.
Spotify could do a great service to themselves and the community to concede to such an idea.   Don’t forget it is 2021.

Vi que o Spotify disponibiliza desconto para estudates na mensalidade premium, e gostaria de sugerir que este desconto também fosseaplicado para Pessoas Com Deficiências (PCD) como eu, e como funciona com a "meia entrada" em teatros, cinemas, etc. Sou deficiente visual (baixa visão) e um desconto similar aos de estudantes seria muito bom, já que nem sempre temos emprego ou meios de muita renda, epla dificuldade em encontrarmos empregos, etc.

A confirmação da deficiência poderia ser por envio de laudo médico com assinatura do médico ou até mesmo da carteirinha de meia entrada que possuímos.

I think as a disabled person there should be a lower subscription rate similar to student prices.

This could be activated with proof of a blue badge. There is no disabled person register as such so the blue badge scheme would be the best way for spotify to qualify people for the discount.

The blue badge scheme is used in many sectors to give discount to disabled people such as cinemas, theme parks and restaurants etc.

Please vote for this idea to help all blue badge holders afford spotify.

We are purposing a discount system for differently abled persons. Your company generously offers discounts to seniors, veterans and students. This is wonderful! I am a differently abled person who is on a very tight budget due to my different abilities, I cannot work in traditional ways. My living expenses are subsidized by the government, which leaves me with little ability to enjoy the music I find so important for my joy. I would very much love to have access to an advertisement free version of Spotify, because it is a simple way for me to experience happiness and movement, through music. This brings the world into my home. 

In short, my proposal is that there be a financially accessible way for differently abled persons to enjoy Spotify. This might take shape in the form of a discount.
