Displaying song info on tv while music is streaming on a separate device

Something that I realized that you can’t do is streaming music on something like your phone or really any other separate device and have the song info (Name, Artist, Album cover, Even lyrics, ECT.) display on a TV. It would be a really cool feature because I have speakers that I can’t connect to my TV but I really like how the song display looks. Please take this into consideration.

can't you already do that as long as you have a smart TV which has spotify installed in it. Your phone, TV should be connected to the same network. Then play the music through your phone, open the spotify app on your tv, click on the now playing tab. Haven't tried it myself but i reckon that'll work.
