Duo plan should share audio book hours for users

It is frustrating that as a duo plan subscriber, only the manager gets 15 hours of audiobooks. Both users should share these hours. why offer a duo plan if both users are not created equal? My wife who reads more than me has no access and feels that her plan is inferior. Fix this.
