Easily toggle video streaming on mobile data

I usually listen to the Joe Rogan podcast when I am on data. Sometimes I hear he will be showing something that I want to watch but I obviously leave the mobile data video streaming off to use less data. When that happens (which is ocasional, but can happen multiple times per podcast) I need to dive deep into the settings to toggle the mobile data video streaming on, rewind the podcast because I already lost the moment he showed something and then come back to the settings to turn it off.

I would love to easily toggle this function from the player settings, as sometimes I even do not go through this whole process even if I want to watch what is being shown because it is just too cumbersome.

If a toggle button to turn the video off could be there, sometimes podcasts are 3hrs long too and I don't want to watch but only listen to the guest, without downloading the episode to turn off the video.
