Filter Paid and Unpaid Content in New Episodes Feed

I follow several podcasts that have free episodes and paid content for subscribers. After the last update, my New Episodes feed is filled with paid content that I cannot acces and do not want to subscribe to. 

I also have no way to remove this content from new episodes.

Please create a workaround which allows users to either:

1. Filter between paid and unpaid content.

2. Remove paid content from our New Episodes feed.

This shouldn't need to be suggested by the users.

As is, it might annoy users that don't find this "idea" to upvote it. This isn't the first or second time I have found issues like this (should have already been on some sort of roadmap), where we are left asking and asking and what seems like basic functionality might never be implemented if it doesn't get enough votes.

Again, this is not a new feature, it is basic functionality that should be planned by whoever introduced the paid podcast episodes feature.

I completely agree. As an autistic person, when a new podcast episode comes out, I listen to it as soon as possible because I like my ‘new episode’ section to be clear. Now that paid episodes that I don’t subscribe to are showing, I cannot clear my ‘new episode’ section and it’s really playing on my mind. 

Spotify, please make it so only feeds that a user is subscribed to show up on their ‘new episode’ feed!

Bonus episodes in the New Episodes feed should be able to be removed. For a regular episode this is done via the "Mark as Finished" checkbox, but since I dont subscribe to these locked bonus episodes, theres no way to remove them.

Please let me unclog my feed of stuff I can't listen to without paying! How did this happen?!?

Given how much Spotify invest in podcast content, it’s really startling how little effort they put into the actual podcast player.

Agree with this. I already find the Spotify podcast player a bit clunky, but this change has made me consider moving back to Apple Podcasts.

The fact that I have to now use Apple Podcasts (while still paying for Spotify Premium) is extremely annoying. Seriously, how hard is it to not jam content we don’t want in our feeds. If we wanted access to the “Bonus” content, we would pay for it. We don’t. Really poor thinking in UX department.

So annoying. Switched to Pocketcast for now where I only get shown bonus episodes in a new thead if I actually subscribed to them.

I should be able to hide or turn off exclusive content in my "New Episodes" feed if I do not pay for that content. I do not want episodes that I cannot listen to clogging up my feed.

Why oh why hasnt this been added yet? It's so deeply frustrating to see my new episodes playlist cluttered with content i can't listen to!

If I wanted to listen to the paid / premium content i would have subscribed to it!!
