I want to be able to "like" my songs more than once. A "I like you more" indicator.

Bring back the heart button!  Don't just bring it back, improve it!
When a user listens to a song again and still likes it, they should be able to re-like (up vote) it. Songs with the most re-likes / up-votes should automatically go into a "I like you more" or "All time favorites" playlist.  It might be as easy as changing the "like" flag  to an integer?  I'm constantly feeling "damn, I still really like this song", it needs a promotion above all my other liked songs.  Adding the song to a "I like you more" playlist doesn't help since you can do it only once...

This sounds a bit like a 5-star rating system. Apple music has such a system. Spotify podcasts use this system.

For songs, I believe Spotify has preferred to use indirect data, rather than elective feedback, for determining how much you like a song, an artist, etc. This might be based on the number of times you've played the song, how often you look at the artist's profile, the number of similar songs you've liked, how many of your playlists contain this song, etc..

I have in the past also felt that I'd like to show certain songs some more love, maybe a 'super-like'. But in the end, I think your taste comes through in your activity with the product.

I think the algorithm knows how much you like your favourite songs (they just wait until christmas to let you know).

It would be nice if more of the inferences made about us were communicated to us clearly, and more regularly.
