Improved genre filters

The liked playlist (on Android at least) allows you to filter songs by genre. This is an incredible feature and I would love a few enhancements to it

1) Allow us to enabled it on regular playlists.

2) List more genres. They could be organized from most to least by instances of that genre appearing in the playlist.

3) Select multiple genres. For example, 'Happy' and 'Jazz' both being selectable at the same time would be incredible!

The liked songs playlist used to have an option where you can filter the songs by genre and the playlist would only play those songs in that genre that you chose. This was a really cool feature and would love to see it come back.

Crayz really. Since I hate the autorenew function of any subscription format like spotify, I'm checking in for years to see if that issue has been resolved. Quite frankly it is a mystery to me as to why spotify is not able to fix this. Is this a technology issue or a regulatory issue? On some websites it shows that the filtering in liked sings is still possibly in some jurisdictions and not possible in others? Can an expert shed a conclusive light on this? Any indications as to when this will be implemented sustainably?

It would be great to have the option to filter any playlist by genre - just like Discover Weekly does. This would help users better navigate large or diverse playlists, quickly find songs that match their current mood, and explore their music in a more organized way.

I would kill for #3 to become reality. I’ve been wanting this for years.

(also the idea of having genre options within playlists is nice)
