Lyrics have been a great addition to Spotify apps across several of my devices, but on the latest Spotify app for my Apple TV 4K, the feature doesn’t seem to be available. Roku and Xbox already appear to have support, so it would be great to have this feature on Apple’s streaming platform as well.

Please add lyrics feature to Apple TV. This feature is already existing in the Google TV app.

Insane. This is really easy to add just do it.

Meanwhile Spotify has updated their Community site and still hasn’t updated the Apple TV app. It’s honestly a middle finger in the face of their users.

15 pages of complaints and nobody in Spotify even comment on here. Shame!

Spotify apparently doesn't g1ve a sh!t to provide at least somehow a comparable user experience on all supported devices. Not even a comment giving community members an update.

I guess the best choice is really to move to Apple Music.

Within iOS 26 you've got great tools to migrate to Apple Music, so for me... the time has come 😉

The app was finally updated and is now consistent with the other TV apps! There are lyrics, music videos and a major UI overhaul now!

Better late then never, even though I was very disappointed with the time it took.

Almost 4 years is crazy. Finally works like other TV platforms. Exactly what we needed.
