Make suggestions/report problems in app

Currently you have to come to this website (community.spotify.com) to report a problem or make a suggestion. 

It would be easier if you could report problems or suggest ideas from directly within the app. Not suggesting that we should get rid of idea board, but an easier way to report things would surely increase the quality of Spotify. If it already exists, where is it?

I am a product expert and I had to go through what felt like a seemingly convoluted process to find where I could share feedback to improve the experience Spotify provides. It should be easy for us to share feedback, accessing it directly from the app. This is general feedback, too. So it applies to all of your platforms where the app presides. Can you please work on that? Thank you!!
