[Music] Click on Record Label to go to Label's Music

i know you can search for labels with:  label:"blah blah"

but it would be good if, on an album it just said nexto the year which label it was released by. then you could just click it to get up a search of that label.

Hey everyone,

It seems that this idea ended up in the wrong board accidentally, so we're bringing it back.

We're keeping the previous Not Right Now status, as we don't have any immediate plans to implement this. As soon as we have any new information to share, rest assured we'll check back in here.

Take care.

Please please please implement this. It seems like such an obvoius function. The label: blah blah method is incredibly hit and miss. You have to type in in exactly the right way, spaces or no spaces? inverted commas or not? It's not obvious, and it doesn't seem to bring back any results at the moment, no matter how i write it. As people have mentioned before, if you do get results, it usually doesn't show the whole catalogue, which is frustrating, and pointless if you wanted to browse in chronological order. One of the most fruitful ways to search for music is by searching labels catalogues. Having the name of the label next to the album or song name so you can just click it and browse like discogs would really open up Spotify. IMO this is not a 'nice to have', this is essential, basic stuff. I don't want to have to use a third party like discogs to look things up and then search separately in Spotify. It should be built in functionality. This would increase people's engagement and streams no end I would have thought. If another streaming services implements the function, I'm sorry to say I would probably switch.

It's surprising that this feature hasn't been implemented yet, since I imagine that the available data is not only already present but structured. This would be a fantastic way to explore music.

Add to the program the ability to search for releases by music labels. In each release, you write information about the music label, so why didn't they organize a search for this information. Let's say in the search bar I drive in the music label and the date from which I need to start the search. It would be very convenient! Also make it possible to subscribe to the label in spotify and receive new tracks on the NEWS app page

Hi Spotify. I need to do what and then what and then what to remove a song from a playlist? The three dots, upper right, allow similar tasks like adding to another playlist or sharing with another user. It should also include removing the song from the present playlist. This is no small operation. I mean, you guys did that Joe Rogan thing, twice.

And now u start to hide label info under the release playlist wth

You can no longer search by label, year, or any other advanced search operator, because Spotify decided to deprecate it. Vote to bring it back!
