Option in settings to never be bothered while in the app ever

I don't want to join someone's session. I don't want to hear about a new artist or podcast. I don't want tickets to a show. I don't want "helpful" hints about features. I don't want the app to do anything but what I am telling it to do. Please give me that option. I am begging you to just give me the bare minimum. Make this easier by helping me less. I just need a toggle that disables absolutely anything that could interrupt my user experience. Just stop. Please.

The app is simply way too intrusive and constantly trying to shove down unwanted stuff on the user.
