Persistent / Reusable Jam link + Comissions for new users

TLDR;

Give users ability to make a Jam Session link persistent. If a non-premium user tries to join the Jam, He/She gets the offer to acquire Premium, providing a commission revenue to the Jam creator.

The proposal

My idea is useful for live content creators who wants to use music in their livestreams.
Since per copyright that's not allowed, the solution I propose is the ability to create a persistent (reusable) Jam session invite, so the viewers can join the Jam room using their Spotify Premium Account using the same link. The streamer is the main owner of the Jam Session and would fully control the session, allowing or preventing members to control playback or add new songs to the queue. The Music track would be removed from the streaming altogether, but since every viewer is listening the Jam Session from a different window, the music will be always in sync with the livestream.

Additional Added Value

Since this would be a Spotify premium-only feature, make the persistent link tied to the creator, so that if a new viewer wants to join and ends up purchasing a license, the streamer gets a bit of revenue from the monthly subscription as a thank-you for the new customer.

Obstacle

Mobile users cannot listen to audio from different sources (in this case, the livestream AND Spotify) at the same time that I am aware off.
