[Playlists] Multiple Artists Shuffle

I would like to have an option where you can select at least 2 artists, and automatically, spotify create a playlist with them. 

You will be able to save that playlist, delete it, add new artists or make a new one with different people.

You pick 3+ artists and it makes a playlist of songs from each artist. It can also add songs from artists not picked that seem similar.

Is it possible to make a playlist where you choose a number of bands and spotify automatically combines random/popular songs from each band into 1 playlist.

Hey!

I was about to open the same ticket, then noticed this.

This is an awesome feature, and personally every other day i'm trying to create a Mix/queue/Playlist/Radio based on multiple artists just to be remembered it is not possible.

Is it possible to reopen this ticket?

From searching the open and closed tickets i have noticed a bunch of them basically requesting the same thing but every idea on it's own did not get enough upvotes.

When playing a “radio” based on an artist, album, or song, (a/a/s) the added contents seem to be limited. The ability to add other a/a/s to a radio station would create a better mix of music, and likely allow for more discovery to new artists. 

A radio creation from your “liked songs” would be great as well, and allow you to create a LONG radio for those long road trips.

I saw that a similar idea had been posted and denied circa 2012. A decade later, maybe we realize how much this idea is wanted.

Hi All!

I did this - I have a playlist with 3 different artists I chose and Spotify added the songs based off that (with similar songs/artists also, rather than exclusively the 3 I choose). So I didn't choose any songs, only the artists. I can't remember how to do this again though, does anyone know?

A shuffle play where you can click on any number of Artists you like and songs from only those bands will play in Shuffle mode.

This idea is cool, except I don't want to have to keep creating new playlists. I'd rather select all the bands I want and Spotify dynamically picks a song for each artist. Each time I listen to the playlist, it picks a different song from the artist. So the playlist doesn't contain specific songs, just artists.

The problem is playlists get stale and then you have to put in a bunch of work to create new ones. But if I could just pick artists (not songs), and have it randomly pick songs from those artists instead of creating a set-in-stone playlist, that would be awesome. Basically a dynamic artist shuffle.
