[Playlists] Play multiple selected Playlists

Sometimes I'm getting tired of listening to a specific playlist or style, so I want to listen to a mix of playlists.
It would be great to have a function to select multiple playlists to play.

I have a lot of playlists and sometimes I would like to merge 2 or more of them and listen to everything together or just play all my playlists at once, currently the only way to do it is to create a new playlist that includes the playlists you want and leave it in random mode, please include the "playlist fusion" function this should not be a permanent merge as the order is lost

I think there should be a choice to choose and mix a couple of playlists together instead of having to individually create a new playlist and add every song from the playlists.

I am likely an older user (54) and had a 5 disc changer when I used cd’s. I would love to be able to choose 5 albums (maybe even playlists) and run them on shuffle Iike back in the old days.  Thanks

So maybe create a new playlist and ad the 6 albums each time. Then shuffle them.

nrhatigan, for me the whole point is to not have to create new playlists all the time for each mood, especially when mixing playlists and/ or albums together. They get too difficult to navigate. I have several playlists from my early Spotify that just have tons of the same songs for jsut this reason. I never listen to them,

Think of it as the queue (formerly "play next"), but you can shuffle it.

I like the idea of a "5 (or 6, or 10) disc changer". Open Spotify, tap on the "5 disc changer", add any Just for You playlists, personal playlists, and/ or albums you're into at the moment and hit play. You get the perfect mix for the day, with less taps for productivity sake, and it is ephemeral like a queue. Maybe have a button or menu option for: "Make playlist from today's changer" for when you put together an absolute banger.

This shouldn't have been merged. Your suggestion should be considered. It's quite separate from shuffling multiple playlists. It's shuffling selected albums. quite different.

I have many playlist with all different kinds of genres. However, as a runner who spends hours listening to Spotify at the time, sometimes I wish I could blend/merge two or three playlists. So I could run with my country hits, Jesus jams,  and, classic rock playlist playing at random together!

I liked the smart shuffle option of yours...it's nice but not good enough...

It adds songs that I've not heard before... I think you can come up with a mega Shuffle option wherein the user would select a few playlists/album from their library..

Here without making any changes in the actual categorised playlists/ albums of the user, you just merge all the selected playlists together and shuffle it!

These selected combo of user library's playlists/albums could be changed or saved with a name or changed later or ask the user to choose their playlists each time to activate this shuffle!

Being able to choose 2 or 3 playlists from different artists and have them play randomly, mixing them just for listening.
