Playlists by Artists

The idea is actually simple and I am wondering that it does not exist yet: the creation of an (own) playlist but not on song or Album Level, but on artist Level. So I can put together all the Songs of i.e. ed sheeran, adele and alicia keys in a playlist simply with a few clicks. Instead of today by going through all of the artists' discography and need to select Album by Album.

Why can't I sort a playlist by artist anymore?  This used to be possible.  I want this feature for my paid subscription.
