Quickly switch output to this device

I'd die for an ability to switch playing output source to "this machine" with a single click - like middle mouse. The menu is cool, but 99.9% I'm switching from phone to mac or vice-versa and seldom do I switch output to other sources.

And a bit of a feedback - the mouse travel from the sources button on the bottom of the screen, to the top of the screen to select output... that could be significantly improved.
