[Radio] Queue Radio - Enhance current queue like playlist radio

Add the ability for listeners to enhance their current queue based on the last songs in the queue, the same as playlist radio feature.

four reasons why you guys should create the "Queue Radio" feature:

1. Enhancing discoverability: By adding a "Queue Radio" feature that automatically enhances the current playing queue with songs that are similar, Spotify can help its users discover new music that they might not have found otherwise.

2. Personalization: By allowing users to customize the "Queue Radio" feature based on their listening habits and preferences, Spotify can provide a more personalized listening experience.

3. Greater flexibility: With a "Queue Radio" feature, Spotify users will have more control over their listening experience by being able to seamlessly transition between different songs and genres without having to manually create new playlists.

4. Increased engagement: By providing a more engaging listening experience, users will be more likely to spend more time listening to music on Spotify and engage more frequently with the app.
