In a world where AI is already threatening the arts, I feel like you should continue to uplift people with human talent. When I listen to the AI DJ i feel no connection at all, i’m not impressed by whatever he says, i want a REAL DJ! I want to hear someone talk about their love for music and dig deeper into the backstories. I feel it’s so so important to save radio. If you had a place on your app that was like Sirius XM, I would be so happy. Be already listen to music podcasts, there could be LIVE ones with people who call in and win prizes or whatever, just like how it used to be. i hope this makes sense and i really wish to see this someday, i bet there’s a bunch of people who agree and would love this. it would also bring in older people because they love that shi. you could also put ads on the radio that go pass premium like hulu live does. ok thank u

A similar idea would be to allow users to livestream their playlists and commentary to other users, a la Grooveshark

I love this! I also think that because Spotify has implemented their own AI into their app that they've made it clear that they have no problem with AI being in the arts industry, even with the controversies. I would love to have REAL DJs and radio stations, and potentially even remove the AI voice/soundbites and instead have an actual voice actor. That being said, that would remove a lot of specifics from speech (ie, "I see you've been listening to a lot of [hyper-specific artist]"), but I think a simple "here's more of what you like recently" would suffice as long as it were a human voice.

Exactly 😩 the ai DJ isn't even a good feature, it plays the wrong music from what it says it will and honestly it kind of prevents people (my mom lol) from actually exploring music and making playlists with songs she actually likes! Overall it's just kinda bunz and I've heard that not even everyone got that feature anyway so... (Btw wth Spotify wrapped sucks now!!)
