Report button in the app

Right now, if you as a listener see / hear something wrong with a song (wrong version, abruptly ending or WHATEVER) you literally have to jump through hoops to report it as a listener.

Why not implement "Report errors" as a button in the app and let us report whatever is wrong with the track? Right now I barely managed to report a song that it marked explicit, but the track playing is actually the family friendly bleeped one.

This should be a standard within the app, not someone's "brilliant idea", even if it's mine.
