Search songs with less then 1000 plays

I would like to hear music that has less then 1000 plays, so I can find new music instead of what is deemed popular. Also this would be a good way to support new artists. I would like to set the range for example

-less then 5000 plays

-less then 100 plays

-more then 1 million plays

some kind of dial i can adjust when searching
