Send requests about unavailable songs/albums to artist/distrubutor

Issue: Nothing is more frustrating then going through an artist discography or your own playlists to see songs or whole albums unavailable in your region, especially ones that use to be available for streaming. Knowning that this happens for many different reasons that many artists/distrubutors may not notice for several weeks or months, like licensure expirations, having a way to request these songs back would be very beneficial to the artist and their listener base.

Solution: Under the "More Options" button next to the song/album that is unavailable adding a "Request Availability" option would send the request notice to the artist and/or their distrubutor(s). A limit would need to be placed on how often listeners can send a request per song/album to avoid mass requests from a single listener. Limit example: one (1) request per song/album a week, or one (1) request per song/album a month.

please I would love to be able to tell an artist I miss their work. Even if they don't act on it, I'd like them to know that someone out there misses having it
