Shuffling Like Cards and "Shuffle Memory"

Playlists should shuffle songs like cards: when a song plays it won't play again until the other songs in the playlist have all played.

"Shuffle memory" would make it so songs do not reshuffle when someone opens a different playlist or closes the app. I think of it like a counter. after a song is played, it gains a value of 1. When all songs have a value of 1, all songs are reshuffled. Then, each song played would gain a value of 2 upon completion of the song. Skipping a song would not increase the value of a song unless 10 songs (just a number I chose, could be an adjustable setting or a different number or not at all) are left in the "song deck", though that may be overcomplicating it. This feature could be toggleable, in case some users prefer the old method; from what I have heard however, many are stuck with listening to a handful of songs out of a 100+ song playlist. Shuffle memory could also be used in someone's "liked songs" playlist

The shuffle memory is the best solution to reduce repeat songs after going to another playlist, closing the app, or something else that would force a re-shuffle. A re-shuffle button could be added to make it easy for users to restart the counter.
This shuffling could mostly keep the old algorithm and just add the shuffle memory. I know nothing about coding, so it's probably easier said than done, but I think it would go a long way.
