[Sonos][Partnership] Spotify and Sonos Voice Control (native)

Hello,

Sonos released their own virtual assistant called Sonos Voice Control.  The service is integrated with Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Sonos Radio, but not Spotify.  Spotify is my families preferred platform, but I need this integration to work for some specific uses in my house.  Please work with Sonos to connect Spotify to their assistant.

Bought my first Sonos a week ago, amazed to find that the major independent streaming brand doesn't work properly with the major independent speaker brand. This request has been live for half a year but I'm unclear why it was needed in the first place - Spotify and Sonos between them should have this covered already. Both companies are already fighting an uphill battle against the ubiquity of the alternatives, and yet you're shooting yourselves in the foot by not collaborating. Very disappointed.

Just bought sonos and im totally shocked that theres no integration with spotify. I mean I love spotify but not being able to controll it with my home sound system thats sucks, i hope it will be soon cause im thinking about switching to anogher music provider like apple music 😕

I'm really shocked that this feature is not available after all this time. Maybe I should reconsider my decision to stay with Spotify when we see the price going up in February 2024.

 

Guys, honestly! Sort this out and make it happen! This is more then disappointing!

Still waiting for this feature because the use of Alexa and Google Assistant is getting worse and worse.

That would be an amazing feature. Actually, the only one I need to use Sonos Voice instead of GA.

I am 100% shocked Spotify is incompatible with Sonos Voice Control.  I don’t even know what else to say other than Sonos and Spotify need to figure it out.
