Sort Pinned

Once you set 4 pins, you can't reorganize their order, which means if you want to change one item out of 4, but keep it in a particular order, you have to unpin all and repin, which is incredibly annoying. I propose the ability to reorganize pinned items.
Bonus proposal to have more than 4 Pin slots, how about 10; why was 4 the magic number?
