Stop asking me “Did you find this article helpful?” In the middle of me reading posts

I can’t stop and read for literally three seconds on this community board without getting a pop up asking me “did you find this article helpful?”, every third time being forced into another pop up window. Maybe get rid of this completely in pop up form and have it as a hyperlink at the bottom.

you should just hire me to come in and tell you everything stupid you’re doing and how to fix it.

Hey, @Metard79! Thank you for your insight and a great idea. I can see how this can be very frustrating, trust me, it has happened to me too. Your request will be taken into consideration. Perhaps the option to rate the article could be just at the very bottom of the page and have the option: "Do not ask this again." I can't promise anything though, and I am sure there is a reason why this is the way it is, the people working on the platform work hard and even though many things might seem "stupid" as you call them, there are a lot of things that are the way they are for a reason that we might not be aware of. Again, your request will nevertheless be considered.

As a last thing, I wanted to remind you to review the guidelines of the Spotify Community. Like I said, I understand your frustration and it is a very valid comment the one you made but please remember guideline 8: "Always use an appropriate and respectful language when you post information in the Community. Avoid racist, sexist, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, obscene, condescending or otherwise offensive language that could be considered detrimental to other users, or Spotify employees or moderators."

All the best!

I have to read replies with my finger scrolling the screen slightly or I’m asked if I found the article helpful 6 times before I’m done reading one comment. It’s so stupid, it hurts my brain to think that someone not only programmed this, but hasn’t bothered to fix it since I posted it. Why is every Spotify employee so out of touch?
