Unlimited audiobook listening hours

If you’re paying for a subscription, you should have access to unlimited listening hours for audiobooks.

Additional subscription payments is not consumer/customer focused and only focuses on profits.  No one wants to pay for a service, only to find out they need to pay extra to access the full service.

Or make the audiobook service and extra $1-2 a month and have unlimited hours.

100% Agree on this, and we just hit a similar issue. Have been a Premium Family subscriber for many years, and my wife would like to listen to Audiobooks on the platform. The fact that we have to pay more for her, rather than just share or allocate the "plan manager" hours, is totally silly.

Making Audiobook time unlimited for premium members makes sense, as it would very likely mean us cancelling our Audible sub.

Agreed. I just hit a very anticipated part of the book I was listening to and didn't get a warning this month, just a voice in the middle of the scene saying I've run out. 10 hours or whatever we get in a month is barely enough for a book, and the hours don't even roll over. I think the following suggestions:

- have unused hours roll over

- have either a separate premium plan that's a little more money where people who like audiobooks can pay that bit if extra for unlimited audio books, or an add-on for audiobook readers (like how with prime you can pay an extra $2.99 for ad free without changing account type)

- have more books available because going to listen to book 2 only to find I have to buy it (parts one and two separately, which is weird) is frustrating because I wouldn't have bothered listening at all if I knew I'd have to pay $50 for an audiobook that I don't get to keep if I don't have Spotify in the future

I would love to see this! I am totally willing to pay a few extra bucks a month if I were to have access to unlimited audiobooks!! I am deeply saddened by the 15hr time limit as I read a lot of books that are longer than 15 hours and not being able to finish my book is infuriating (no i don't wanna pay a ton extra for only 10 more hours)

Also,  re-listening to something you've already listened to should not come off of your listening time.

Sometimes when I disconnect from my car or get a phone call, the book keeps running in the background and I have to go back to listen again, wasting my listening hours.  Also, if you have a few days off, you might re-listen to a few minutes each time to get back into it.
