[Web Player] Keyboard left and right arrows to fast forward and rewind seconds on songs

On the chrome browser application, It would be helpful to use the left and right keyboard arrows to fast forward or reverse like 5 seconds when a song is playing.

Arrow keys idea: If we could jump between 5 to 10 seconds with the keyboard arrow buttons as we are able to do it with youtube, that would be also amazing feature for us. If we could choose how many seconds those arrow keys will forward or rewind the song, that would be even more futurestic aproach to that idea. Lets make Spotify better for musicians.
