live shows in your earea playlist / monthly

The idea is to provide users with a playlist featuring songs by artists they already listen to, or similar artists they might like, who are performing live in their city or area. This playlist would be curated for each individual based on their listening history and would be released monthly. It would allow people to discover more local artists and support those on tour, making Spotify an even greater ally to the music industry.

Almost every artist I've seen live over the past five years has been through Spotify's Discover Weekly. However, this limits my events section on Spotify to artists I already know, and I don’t always remember to check the events section. Additionally, I find it awkward from a UX standpoint to navigate through multiple pages just to listen to the artists suggested in my Spotify events calendar. A playlist would make this much easier.
