On desktop currently, the only way to add to queue is to right click (or click on the 3 dots) and then add to queue from the drop down menu.
There already are ideas to add keyboard hotkeys for that.
However, being able to long-hold the left click mouse button on a song (the duration of which would then be able to be customized in settings) requires even less effort, as you won't need to even put your fingers on the keyboard if they aren't already.
Something like this called the ripple effect is already seen on Android buttons:
