remove visibility from blocked profiles

Hi everyone!

I recently have been trying to move on from a situationship that started a few years ago and has continued contact via Spotify playlist (its bad I know. manipulation and that), and while I have this person and a lot of their connections blocked, I find it far too easy to see the blocked persons playlist, following list and anything else publicly avalible while still on my profile.

I find that the block feature currently does not allow me to block the person in the way I would want, as they can somehow see what is on my account through probably a web version on a similar IP and I can view theirs with little to no trouble, rendering the function useless.

Would love if it was easier to remove someone like that from my life without making a new account I have 6 months pre paid premium and years of playlists and songs.

second this! I would like the block feature to work the same way as other social media platforms; I don't want to be able to see someone's profile/playlists after I block them. I think this will help a lot of people move on, me included.
