You have intentionally made it hard for people to create posts in the “community” areas, and we are paid users. I find that very frustrating.

 

I pay for your service. It has been down for 24 hours and I can’t even vent about it? You really need to reevaluate your customer service. I fully expect to be reimbursed for the time I have not been able to use spotify.

also I am not a casual listener. I have had spotify before it was an app and you had to access it with a computer. if this new community thing is the reason why the app is crashing / the server is down and I can’t access my playlist that is over 15 years old I’m **bleep** and I wanna cancel my subscription.
